Delete Your Solar Care Account

This page is for the Solar Care app from Solar Care Monitoring (BC Solar dba Solar Care Monitoring, Boulder City, Nevada). Our app is coming soon.

Delete it in the app

Open the Solar Care app and sign in.
Go to your account.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Removing the app from your phone doesn't delete your account. Use the steps above, or ask us.

Or ask us to delete it

Email info@gosolarcare.com from the email address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. Or call or text (702) 560-6719. We may need to confirm it's you first, and we'll let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your app account and the email address you sign in with.
The name, phone number and service address kept for the app.
The link between the app and your system's monitoring, and the production and status data the app keeps.
The install year and panel brand, if you added them.
Your alert settings and the code that lets us send notifications to your phone.

What we keep

Records of the work we've done for you, such as visit reports, quotes and invoices, and records the law requires us to keep. We keep those as described in our privacy policy.

Deleting your app account is about the app. A Shield membership is separate: your service agreement explains how changes and cancellations work, and you can call us about it.
