Signing in
The app signs you in with your email address. Use the email address we have on file for you. If the sign-in email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Seeing your system
Our team connects your system to your app account. If you don't see your system, or something looks wrong, contact us and we'll take a look.
Notifications
To get alerts on your phone, allow notifications for Solar Care in your phone's settings. You can choose which alerts you get in the app's alert settings.
Your account and privacy
