Maintenance
A full inspection for your system, built for desert heat and dust.
Heat, dust, monsoon storms and pigeons all wear on solar. A maintenance visit catches small problems before they take your system offline.

What's included
Every inspection is a full system check.
Dust and heat can noticeably cut how much power your panels make, and a loose connection or failing part often doesn't show up in the app until it's bigger. We look at the whole system, roof to inverter (the box that turns your panels' power into power your home can use).
- Inspection of panels, rails, clamps, conduit and roof flashings
- String voltage (each row of panels wired together) and output readings
- Inverter and monitoring gateway check (the gateway is the internet box that sends your system's readings to us)
- A re-torque of your panels (tightening the bolts and clamps that hold your panels down), every inspection
- A look for pigeons, nests and debris around the panels
- A written report with photos and what we recommend

Questions
Maintenance questions
My system is only a few years old. Does it need maintenance?
Nevada heat and dust are hard on solar at any age. A newer system can still have a loose connection, a failing part or dust build-up that the app doesn't flag.
Can you maintain a system you didn't install?
Yes. We maintain any brand from any installer, including systems whose original installer closed or stopped offering support.
What's a re-torque?
Heat and wind can loosen panel hardware over time. We check and tighten it at every inspection, at no charge.
What does maintenance cost?
It depends on the size of your system. We quote the price upfront, in writing, before any work starts. No hidden fees.
